Pop-Up Pantry
In need of groceries? Come out to our pop-up pantry this Thursday and pick up some non-perishables. Don't forget to keep it green and bring your own bag.

IMPACT Bay Area- Empowerment 101 Class
The RAW is proud to present a collaboration with the Bay Area company IMPACT! You will learn:
- How to assess threats
- How to use your self-defense voice
- Set boundaries
- Use basic physical strikes
- Employ adrenaline management
This will also be a great opportunity to meet with UPD Officers, Title IV staff, information about our CSUEB SAFE app, and other campus assets.

Hula Pop-Up
Learn the basics of Hawaiian Hula and Tahitian Ori dance to build strength, endurance, and boost your mood. The island vibes bring positive energy and stress relief. Bring water, a towel, and a pareu or sarong—and enjoy some fun YOU time!

Intramural Sports
Intramural sports provides students with a great opportunity to have some fun and make meaningful connections. These weekly leagues and tournaments offered throughout the spring semester give students a chance to take their mind off stress and stay active.

Futsal every Monday @6pm
Volleyball every Tuesday @6pm
Badminton Doubles every Wednesday beginning April 9 through April 30th, @6pm

Participants can register their team, or as a free agent, via the FusionPlay App. All events will take place at the Recreation and Wellness Center (RAW) and generally follow the rules set forth on the Sport Rules webpage. Move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free. Join fitness pro Tyler Ellis for a fun, interactive workshop that mixes expert tips with hands-on movement. It’s part talk, part workout—and all about helping you boost mobility, build strength, and prevent injuries.
